We deliver services especially designed to meet the needs of small businesses owners. These services are designed for our clients. We are pleased to present our newest service – Pension auto enrolment administration services.

We offer 2 categories of service for Pension Auto enrolment.

  1. Nest Partial Managed Service: Option 1.
  2. Pension Payslip Record Service: Option 2.

Option 1: Managed service. Nest pension fund members only. We carry out most actions, except pay the pension contributions to the fund. The Nest Partial Managed Service provides the employer with administrative support. Helpbox will set up a Nest pension account and manage the data input into the Nest account. You have to be a Nest pension fund subscriber to obtain this service.

Option 2: Available to members of any employer pension fund. We record your pension contribution calculations on your employee payslips. You will also receive a monthly summary of the employee pension deductions. As well as an annual summary.

Option 1: Nest Partial Managed Service

  1. The employer provides to Helpbox the employer/employee pension contribution percentages.
  2. Helpbox calculate the employee contribution and show the amount as a deduction on the employee payslip.
  3. Helpbox calculate the employer contribution.
  4. Helpbox provide the employer with a monthly summary sheet which identifies the amount of the employer contribution and each of employees monthly contributions.
  5. Helpbox provide the employer with an annual summary showing the amount of the employer and employees contributions.
  6. Helpbox register the employer with Nest.
  7. Helpbox administer the employers Nest pension platform. Including:
    1. Adding all eligible employees.
    2. Recording each employees own contributions and the employers contribution.
    3. Processing leavers
    4. Processing new starters
    5. Amend the employers Nest records
  8. The employer, like our payroll services, is solely responsible for making payment of the contributions direct to the Nest pension fund.
  9. The employer is responsible for paying all Nest administration fees.

Option 2: Pension Payslip Record Service

  1. Helpbox calculate the pension contribution using both the percentage and the employees gross salary details.
  2. Helpbox provide the employee contribution amount as a pension deduction on the employee payslip.
  3. Helpbox report to the employer the total employee pension contributions on a monthly summary.
  4. Employer calculates the employers pension contribution.
  5. The employer pays both the employer and employee contribution direct to the selected pension fund.
  6. The employer is responsible for all administration actions in relation to the management of the pension fund.
  7. The employer, like our payroll services, is solely responsible for making payment of the contributions direct to the Nest pension fund.

Option 1: Nest Partial Managed Service

Minimum term of this service is 12 months. Table 1.

The prices are subject to (20%) VAT and assume that pension contribution are only applied once per month not weekly. Only available to NEST pension fund members.

Option 2: Pension Payslip Record Service

Minimum term of this service is 12 months. Table 2.

With any option the employer is responsible for paying all Nest (or other pension fund) administration fees, costs and making payment of pension contributions to the appropriate pension fund.
