 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I think this is a review for Helpbox rather than for any of their individual accountants. I've been with them a year now - about to do my second year of accounts/tax returns. All staff very helpful but with different levels of seniority/expertise, so you've got to actually connect with the relevant person for what you need. Pretty communicative and helpful. Prices have just jumped significantly because of arrival of MTD, so not sure how they compare on that.
